To enroll at Jai Shriram Academy Matriculation Higher Secondary School, applicants must meet the following admission requirements:
Parents/guardians must complete the official admission application form available at the school office or on the school’s website.
Kindergarten (KG): The child should be at least 3 years old for LKG and 4 years old for UKG by the start of the academic year.
Primary and Secondary Classes (Grades I-X): Admission to other grades is based on the child’s previous educational level and age appropriateness for the class.
- Higher Secondary (Grades XI-XII): Students must have successfully completed their 10th-grade exams (SSLC or equivalent) to be eligible for admission.
- For admission into primary, secondary, and higher secondary classes, students must submit their previous academic records and progress reports.
- For higher secondary admission (Grades XI and XII), a copy of the 10th-grade mark sheet is required.
A valid Transfer Certificate from the student’s previous school is mandatory for all admissions beyond Kindergarten.
- Birth certificate (for age verification)
- Aadhar card (or any other valid ID)
- Passport-sized photographs (3 copies)
- Medical fitness certificate (if requested)
For some grade levels, especially higher grades, students may be required to take an entrance assessment to determine their eligibility and knowledge level.
An interview with the student and parents/guardians may be conducted to understand the child’s academic background, interests, and compatibility with the school’s ethos.
Upon selection, parents/guardians must complete the payment of the admission fee and other applicable charges as per the school’s fee structure.
