Admission Rules
Eligibility for admission from Class I to XII, the candidate must qualify and satisfy the norms specified by the admission committe. Admission is on priority depending on the number of vacancies in each class.
Punctuality
Parents should ensure that their children arrive at school five minutes before the timings specified for each class as this will give enough time to properly deposit their belongings in the classes before attending the morning assembly, mandatory for all students.
Early Leaving
Parents are requested not to collect their children before the specified time. Distraction during the school hours adversely affects the school routine and the students’ progress. This rule may be relaxed for genuinely serious reasons if early information is provided in writing by the parents.
Student's Identity Card
The safety of our students is our prime concern. To ensure this the school issues an identity card to each student. This system also serves to verify the credibility of the person holding identity card of the school.
Attendance
Students are required to attend the school regularly for sound academic progress. The minimum Attendance requirement is 85%, failing which, the student may not be allowed to appear in exam. Consequently, promotion to the next higher class will also be denied. Parents should ensure that their children do not miss the school unless it is inevitable.
Prohibited in the school
- Chewing gum, plastic wrappers / covers, sprays
- Electronic devices like mobile phones, sim cards, pen drives, music players,calculators etc.,
- Sharp Objects
- Magazines or any other items which can be demand as inappropriate unwanted.
Responsibilities of The Parents
- Kindly ensure that your child comes to school in uniform with polished shoes and a neat bearing.
- Check and counter sign the assignment diary for communication from the school through notes/circular.
- Please see that your child completes the given assignment daily.
- Send the child to school with proper complement of books/ notebooks and stationery required by him/her.
- Ensure that the fee is deposited within the stipulated period.
- Do not meet the child /teacher during school hours without prior permission from the Principal.
- Do avoid taking the child from school during school hours.
It is important that you should attend every parent - teacher meeting.
- If your child is suffering from any contagious diseases do not send him/her to school till the infection period is over.
- The child should be sent with a spoon and two lunch towels for lunch.KG children must be sent with a simple spare dress.
- Co-operation in all respect alone will help us to groom and educate your child.
- Students who do malpractice during the exam will be strictly punished.
- A leave application must be sent to the class teacher if the child does not attend school.
- Pupils are not allowed to come to school with gold ornaments of any kind or any other costly wear.
- Any information from school to parent will be sent through regular pages of the diary.
- If extra remedial classes are arranged during extended time or on a holiday, parents co- operation is expected.
- Parents are expected to share any change in their address and phone number to the school.
- Any Kind of record sent through diary has to be acknowledged by the parent. A proper follow-up is expected from the parent.
- It is the responsibility of the parent to submit authentic and attested document wherever required by the school, like DOB certificate etc.
